This is the first episode in my behind-the-scenes series, where I'm sharing what it really looks like for me to build multiple businesses as a mum with very limited childcare. I created this series because so much of the "behind the scenes" we see online is from people with teams, established audiences, and years of momentum. That's not my reality. I'm rebuilding my coaching business from the ground up, growing a networking community, launching a brand-new franchise, and starting a new community business — all while raising a nearly two-year-old. This is the real version. The decisions, the mindset shifts, the strategies, and the messy middle. In this first episode, I share the shift that changed everything for me: moving from hoping I'd find time to work… to guaranteeing it.
