Summary
Katharine Hayhoe is a climate scientist and an evangelical Christian who lives in Texas and knows how to reach out to conservatives who might see climate change as a party political rather than a science-based issue. Two years after she last spoke to Radio Davos , Prof Hayhoe assesses the rise of climate denialism, particularly on social media, but also the rising awareness of the issue caused by increasingly frequent extreme weather events around the world.
