Summary

In this episode, I'm joined by Rachel Carter, Nurse Practitioner and Director of Clinical Services at Shell Health (the on-site clinic at AIDS Alabama South). We discuss several different non-hormonal birth control options, their efficacy, their ease of use, and possible side effects. This includes copper IUDs, barrier methods like condoms, and fertility awareness methods.
