Summary
Hey friend! I have a very short and sweet announcement to share about the show. Yes, I am taking a bit of a break from the podcast to work on my own self, to do more in-person reflexology, take care of my daughter and return back to my home care nursing job super super part-time. Trying not to see this as weakness or me running away, but more as a time to strengthen my relationship with my body, with God, with my family, and to discern what this next season looks like for my business.
