Summary

In this interview, I talk with Candice Jackson about her perspectives on “trans rights” in law. How those “rights” conflict with women’s rights and what people get wrong when discussing this topic. Candice Jackson is an attorney in Washington, Oregon and California. She served in the Trump Administration in the U.S. Department of Education where she worked on Title IX regulations. Since 2021 she has worked with groups challenging gender identity ideology and promoting the rights of women and lesbians. You can find Candice’s observations on sex versus gender on X: @cejacksonlaw Support the podcast here: https://buymeacoffee.com/carolsourpatches2077 This is a public episode.
