Summary

When Ryan and his mom Lorri moved into an inexpensive rental home out in the San Tan Valley Arizona, they thought they just scored a great deal. They weren't told anything about the house's history before signing the lease, but it didn't take long for the property to speak for itself. It started a few weeks in, when Ryan woke up in the middle of the night to a strange green fog billowing out of his air vent which slowly formed into the distinct face of a young girl. Things became more real a few weeks later during a casual dinner out, when a local server realized where they lived and told them some information about the building's past.
