Summary
We open the show by talking about the upcoming Spring Game which is already sold out - even though it's only at Cobb Stadium, which doesn't seat all that many people. As we get down to Greentree, the question is could Miami have hit lightning twice with Wingo coming in and a freshman and turning so many heads? Scoop also interrupts Greentree for real estate story time, where he got to singing at a recent showing that led to re-releasing all of his band's old music on a bunch of platforms. (The band's name is Releese if you want to find them!) Roman also tweeted out this week that Miami is in "reload season" and as we look down the line-up of guys getting drafted compared to all the new guys coming in, it's impressive how much they've been able to sustain compared to how much they lost. And that speaks to the new culture they've built in Miami, especially seeing guys who are headed to the pros come back to work with the new guys at Spring practice. Plus we showcase a little of Mario's appearance on Josh Pate's show, speaking on when the season changed for Miami last year, and how the guys feel it will change going into this year. And as we get further down the depth chart, the discussion about Judd rising up to the 2 spot at QB takes over, with what to expect from Dereon going forward and what it means for his future in Miami. We also hear from Cooper Barkate, who while training in LA talked about the wild transfer process from Duke while Mensah was getting sued. Toast also shines the spotlight on some of the standout freshmen making a name for themselves at Spring practice.
