Summary
Class is back in session… and this one gets personal. In this episode of Ask The Black Kids, we get into a situation where a Classmate refuses to reconcile with their stepmom and wants to know if they’re wrong for standing on that decision. Then we unpack a deeper question… are you actually ready to be a good person to someone who’s good to you, or are you still carrying things that will sabotage it? We also hear from someone trying to figure out how to finally move past the hurt they’ve been holding onto, and another Classmate who might have taken petty revenge against their own mother a little too far… or maybe not far enough. Then things shift. A Classmate steps into their power and says, “I SHENANNED,” choosing to finally move in a way that puts themselves first… but now they’re questioning if that makes them the problem. We also get into School Snacks and another round of Toxic Confessions that prove some of y’all are really out here making bold decisions.
