Summary

It's Friday afternoon, which means a fresh episode of Oilersnation Radio is ready to massage your eardrums with an hour of off-season Oilers talk. On today's podcast, the fellas discussed the Oilers' first-round exit, what changes to expect in Edmonton,  line combinations , injury updates, and more. We kicked off the Friday episode of  ONR  with a delicious debate about who out of Stan Bowman, Darnell Nurse, Tristan Jarry, and Kris Knoblauch will be around next year. Given that there will be plenty of changes over the summer, the guys looked at the four most talked-about names and took a few swings at who they think will be around when October rolls around. That led to a debate about which of those guys are likely to be around, not because they're necessarily wanted, but rather because contracts make it likely.  Shifting gears, the boys looked at Evan Bouchard being snubbed from being a Norris Trophy finalist. As you'll hear, Rick was very passionate about No. 2 not getting a nod for the award, and how it seems unfathomable that the year he had wasn't worth being named as one of the NHL's three best defencemen. The fellas also discussed Connor McDavid's Hart Trophy nomination and how Liam thinks it's all but a guarantee that he wins the award.  Finally, we wrapped up the Friday episode of ONR with another round of Ask the Idiots, betting talk for our friends at bet365, and Hot and Cold Performers to look back on the week that was. With the playoffs firmly underway, the guys spent the bulk of the podcast moving through a range of topics, most related to the Oilers' off-season, some not, but that’s the way things go on the Friday episode of ONR. 📺 Subscribe for Edmonton Oilers coverage, NHL news, playoff analysis, and hockey podcasts 🤝 SPONSORS 🙌…
