Summary
At least 188 people are dead, with thousands more injured or trapped under rubble after two major earthquakes with magnitudes of 7.5 and 7.2 struck Venezuela on Wednesday evening. The Supreme Court allows the Trump Administration to revive an Obama-era restrictive policy where immigration officials can turn back migrants seeking asylum at the U.S.-Mexico border, as they need to be on U.S. soil to do so.
