I just recently went to a website to set up a new account, and it wouldn't let me proceed without giving them a cell number. Not a VoIP number, it demanded a real cell number, associated with a SIM. I actually don't have one, because I don't have a SIM in my phone. On top of that, there are many reasons why someone might not want to hand out their cell number to everyone. What should someone do in a situation like this? In this video I'll explain what you can do if someone asks for your cell number, and you don't want to give it to them.
