Summary
Episode 285 After a week-long hiatus battling the flu, Menace and Evo return to the front porch to catch up on everything we missed and get the podcast back on track. We start by revisiting last week’s Pod Deck questions and catching up with the community before diving into more hilarious misheard song lyrics submitted by listeners. Some of the lyrics we thought we knew for years turn out to be completely wrong, and the results lead to some of the funniest moments of the episode. We talk about where the character has resurfaced and why mascots like The Noid still live rent-free in our pop culture memories. Since the episode drops during prank season, we also swap stories about our favorite April Fool's Day memories — from harmless jokes to the elaborate pranks that somehow spiraled completely out of control. The second half of the episode shifts into wrestling talk as we break down predictions for NXT Stand & Deliver and discuss what the results could mean on the road to WrestleMania . We run through the match card, share who we think walks out victorious, and set the stage for the big WrestleMania season episodes coming to the podcast. Along the way there are plenty of unscripted moments—including a surprise appearance from Menace’s dog Cooper—because sometimes the best podcast moments are the ones you never planned. It’s a mix of wrestling predictions, nostalgia, pop culture memories, and chaotic front-porch storytelling as the M3P crew returns from the flu and gears up for one of the biggest seasons in wrestling.
