Summary
Radiohead’s back on stage with a 2027 residency tour hitting Australia and Japan — 21 shows total, starting in Perth before rolling through Melbourne, Sydney, and Saitama. Following their acclaimed 2023 UK/European run (their first since 2018), the band is doubling down on emotional, intimate live experiences, one continent at a time. Guitarist Ed OBrien confirms they’ll cap each year at around 20 shows, prioritizing connection over quantity. Tickets will be distributed via a new fan-registration system to curb bots — each registered fan gets up to four tickets. Rumors of Tokyo dates are swirling after Summer Sonic teasers, and last year’s performances — including a record-breaking O2 show — were hailed as “visceral energy” spectacles. Beyond the music, these tours carry purpose: last year’s gigs raised funds for the UK’s live music industry and Doctors Without Borders. This isn’t just a comeback — it’s a powerful, purpose-driven return. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
