Summary
This report details the tragic disappearance and murder of two Russian siblings, Diana and Roman Nazimov, who vanished while living in Pattaya, Thailand. Following an intensive five-day search, Thai authorities arrested two primary suspects who confessed to killing the pair during a violent motorcycle robbery. The investigation shifted from a missing persons case to a homicide inquiry after the victims' dismantled motorbike was found buried near a local cemetery. Using CCTV footage and mobile tracking, police launched a multi-province manhunt that concluded with the capture of the suspects near the Cambodian border. While the perpetrators claim the motive was opportunistic theft, law enforcement continues to verify their statements through crime scene reconstructions and the recovery of the victims' remains.
