The USL and USLPA have come to a tenative agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement for both the USL Championship and the forthcoming USL Premier. The details are a bit light at the moment, but this is quite a welcome development. Also, MLS Next Pro is the latest league to welcome a private equity firm into their investment fold and a group from Las Vegas has interest in the Vancouver Whitecaps. We also bring on Luke Rubin, head of team relations for The Soccer Tournament. He answers all our questions about the fourth year of this event in Cary, North Carolina.
