“There is a battle for our affections.” In 1 Corinthians 10, we are reminded how easily the Israelites fell into idolatry and temptation despite the miracles they saw God perform and how He provided for them each step of the way. And yet, we too are sheep who are easily led astray by our flesh and the desires of this world. She lives in Temecula, California with her husband of 35 years. They have 3 adult kids and 2 grandchildren living locally. She and her husband homeschooled all three of their kids to high school graduation. Marianne served the homeschooling families and students for many years by teaching in the area of music & using the time to encourage students to worship God in song and to desire to know Him through His Word. She currently serves in her local church in the business office and women's ministry. She has a passion to know God through study, meditation, prayer and sharing His Word and also, to ignite a passion in others for God's Word.
