Summary

We don't much like talking about dying over in the States. It can be scary, morbid, depressing - but can it also be a little bit funny? KVMR's resident poet investigates how different families and different cultures approach the taboo topic. Molly Fisk is an American poet, radio commentator, and radical life coach. Her most recent book is Everything But the Kitchen Skunk: Ongoing Observations from a Working Poet. She was Nevada County's first Poet Laureate and is an Academy of American Poets Laureate Fellow and a National Endowment for the Arts Fellow. Molly’s essays air every week on the KVMR Friday Morning Show.
