Summary

It's been a week since we talked about stepping from practitioner into leader, and the yeses and nos work in the Strategy Lab workbook. Today I'm back with a nudge and three things to work on this fortnight: one clean no, one clear yes, and one small change to test out. I also share a story about my niece and what she taught me about softening a no without ever really saying it, plus why catching yourself mid-yes still counts. And I leave you with a couple of questions to sit with before next episode, when we move from yes and no into identity. Strategy Lab members, your one-to-one link is in last week's workbook.
