With a distinguished career spanning the U.S. Army, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Departments of Transportation and Agriculture and the National Science Foundation Dr. Inclán brings decades of experience leading organizations, developing people, and driving meaningful change across the federal government. He holds degrees from William Paterson University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Creighton University.
