Summary
South Plains College smashed its scholarship goal with a dazzling Designer Bag Bingo night, raising $45,040—thanks to a crowd that turned a ladies’ night out into a powerhouse fundraiser. With prizes like a Louis Vuitton and every dollar from tickets, sponsorships, and extras going straight to student aid, the event proved that fun and philanthropy go hand in hand. Director Samantha Goldie raved about the community’s overwhelming support, and with ticket sales alone hitting $38,325 and add-ons pushing it over the top, this bingo night is proof that creativity and generosity can change lives.
