Summary
Rams training camp kicked off with fireworks: Stetson Bennett shredded the first-team offense while Matthew Stafford rested, and Myles Garrett made his debut on full-field drills—fast, explosive, and exactly as promised. Defensive coordinator Chris Shula called it a dream moment. Bennett’s grit earned high praise from OC Nate Scheelhaase, who said the QB’s relentless energy is contagious. The secondary lit up too, with Jaylen Watson and Kam Kinchens pulling off the play of the day, and Cam Lampkin flashing a one-handed deflection. And on offense? Tyler Higbee, entering his 11th season, snagged the first TD from Bennett—signaling a potent tight end corps ready to compete.
