Summary
Helloooo beautiful people!! We're back with another fabulous guest episode - I dragged my very pregnant third trimester bestie into my bed with me for this one. She's since given birth to an absolutely beautiful baby boy, but we recorded this during her final days of pregnancy. She gave us allll the tea on how she prepared for labor and how she has a "guy for everything", including two doulas and a night nurse. She also got super vulnerable with us about her feelings around her growing body during pregnancy, and how she's reframing her thinking around that. We also talked anxiety meds and postpartum intrusive thoughts, since that's just relatable for all of us these days.
