Summary
In today's "snowed in" episode, Brian and Jamie talk a little about being snowed in together, how to avoid cabin fever, how to avoid slipping on ice, and how stupid it is to have major NFL playoff games in a blizzard!! Jamie talks about her disappointment in having to postpone her Evergreen retreat, and the way Brian might have missed the chance (in the ealy going) to be truly emotionally supportive, and how, after fumbling the ball a bit, he went back and asked her about how she was feeling about it. They talk about the common mistakes couples make around disappointment, emotional support, resentment, and forgiveness - all the things that go into becoming vulnerable, and ultimately intimate with our spouse.
