Summary
In today's episode, Jamie and Brian sit down with Zoe Penzes, a dear friend of the family (and girlfriend of another dear friend of the family), and discuss what life is like for a 22 year old female in today's world. They talk about the sketchy online dating world, navigating how to meet someone in today's culture that has similar values, the fears and concerns about dating, and finding THE ONE. They discuss why many are opting to wait until much later to get married, if at all, and the temptation to be jaded because of our parents' experiences, as well as all the nightmares we see and hear about on social media. We get to hear about Zoe's past, growing up without a father (who tragically passed of cancer when she was 2), and the void that left in her life, and what she felt was missing, and what she was looking for in a partner, and future family. Zoe shares great advice for anyone looking for a solid, long-lasting relationship...one that will last for the Long Haul!
