Summary
Yes, we all know we're addicted to our phones, to social media, and all of the crap that comes along with that! Not to minimize the truly tragic implications of that fact, but many times, the despair this brings makes us want to give up, or give in, missing what might mitigate some of the damage done by our disconnection. What if we just need a friend? What if we need to actually hang out with our friends again - remember that? What if we all decided to hang up and hang out, or at least hang out? In today's episode, Jamie brings a lively discussion about the need for community, for connection, and why it's difficult for all of us, especially men, to leave the comfort of our Netflix nooks, and actually have some facetime with a trusted friend.
