Summary
The hunt for the “Putney pusher” continues even after the death of suspect Nicholas Brandram, whose family blames the intense pressure of the investigation for his suicide. Police say they’re still gathering forensic evidence and have referred themselves to the police watchdog, while defending their methods as necessary for complex cases. Brandram’s family insists there’s no proof he was on Putney Bridge or involved in the incident, claiming the investigation unfairly ruined his life. The Met says his death is unexpected but not suspicious, noting he was released under investigation and later arrested for drug possession. The watchdog will now review whether any misconduct occurred, while the original case remains open. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
