Summary
Are WVU, Oklahoma State and LSU exploiting the same college football eligibility loopholes? West Virginia is bringing in former Georgia defensive back JaCorey Thomas after his appearance at an NFL minicamp—but unlike the former NFL players LSU pursued, Thomas never signed an NFL contract. We break down the critical differences between WVU’s situation, Oklahoma State’s own eligibility battle and LSU’s attempt to add former NFL players. We also examine why the SEC is furious with Lane Kiffin’s program—and whether the escalating conflict could lead to the unthinkable: LSU leaving the SEC and joining WVU and Oklahoma State in the Big 12. Are WVU and Oklahoma State following LSU’s playbook—or could LSU eventually follow them into the Big 12? Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
