Summary
The New Orleans Saints finished last season strong and followed it up with a nice offseason. They are in a perfect position to be the team that goes from worst in the division to first place. The Tennessee Titans are hoping to do something similar with Cam Ward in year two and have done a lot to add weapons and help around him. However, the AFC South is tougher than the NFC counterpart and that makes it unlikely the Titans can go that far. Finally, the New York Jets will also have those aspirations, but even with expected improvement, the Jets have a tough division and it also makes it unlikely they are a worst-to-first winner.
