Summary
The Cleveland Browns look to be the worst team in the NFL and since their return to the league that is probably more often true than not, but this year they are going to have some challengers. There could be a path to slight improvement for the Browns and the Miami Dolphins have one of the worst rosters we have seen in recent memory. The New York Jets, Arizona Cardinals and Las Vegas Raiders have big question marks at the quarterback spot, but with veterans and some talented weapons, they may avoid the basement. A team like the Tennessee Titans, Washington Commanders, New York Giants and the entirety of the NFC South are hoping to dig their way out of this group.
