Summary
The Houston Texans have been knocking on the door of a major playoff run the last few years, but haven't been able to take that step forward. This past offseason was mostly because of CJ Stroud's turnover. Stroud looks to have slimmed down and he needs to step up for the team to hit their ceiling. The Jacksonville Jaguars had a miraculous turnaround in 2025, but their 2026 offseason leaves a lot to be desired. Jacksonville better have bet right on their internal development. The Indianapolis Colts bet big on Daniel Jones as the new leader of their team, but they sacrificed some of their roster talent to do it. Indy is in more of limbo than they realize or would like to admit. Finally, the Tennessee Titans have added new players and coaches, but the offensive line weakness could still prevent them from getting better.
