Summary
Texas Longhorns could take a major gamble with preseason All-American left tackle Trevor Goosby as he eyes a rapid return from injury for the season opener against Texas State. Should Steve Sarkisian risk his star lineman or play it safe ahead of the high-stakes battle with Ohio State? BK, Brad Kellner examines the pros and cons of playing Goosby, highlights Andre Cojoe's emergence as a reliable backup, and dissects how offensive line chemistry could impact the Longhorns’ SEC and playoff ambitions. Key topics include the severity of Goosby’s bone bruise, Sarkisian’s cautious approach to injuries, and the ripple effect on Texas’ offensive strategy.
