Chris Micieli and Zach Pearson break down surprises, debate Martin Necas's ranking at 41, and celebrate Devon Toews and Brock Nelson rounding out the Avalanche representation. Beyond player rankings, the hosts tackle expansion buzz from the NHL Board of Governors meeting and question if more U.S. teams are on the horizon.
