Summary
The One-Eyed Giant of Mount Helikon When the Princess of Athens mysteriously vanishes during a pilgrimage to an ancient shrine, panic spreads across the kingdom. Her royal escort disappears without a trace, a single gigantic footprint is found carved deep into solid stone, and terrified shepherds whisper the return of a name that has survived only in the oldest Greek legends—a one-eyed giant known as Brontes , believed to be the last Cyclops still walking the earth. As armies prepare for war and the people of Athens fear the worst, the young princess awakens inside an enormous mountain hidden beyond Mount Helikon. Expecting to find herself imprisoned by a ruthless monster, she instead discovers a mysterious world filled with forgotten temples, ancient relics, and the lost history of civilizations erased from human memory. The giant who captured her is nothing like the savage creature described in legend, yet escaping his mountain proves far more difficult than escaping any prison.
