Summary
LIFE IN STRIDE TRACK NIGHT https://runsignup.com/Race/KY/Louisville/LifeInStriderTrackNight Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us! On this episode, the boys caught up on some banter! Danny just came off the Bix 7 Miler in Davenport, Iowa and we got the full race recap. We also talked about how there should be more huge off distance races because they are quite fun. We also chatted creating fake enemies for motivation (lol). Whatever you have to do to lace em up and get out the door every day - do it! We gave some thoughts on the Tour de France + doping on this episode as well. We capped it off talking about our favorite gels and gave some good ones for people new to fueling. Enjoy!
