Vinny Mauri trains with Will and said he was an absolute must-have on the podcast and he was right! Will has an awesome story - he quit running his freshman year of college at Penn State and went all in on MTB and gravel cycling. He became one of the top off-road cyclists in the US quickly, and did some epic adventure rides as well that we talked about on the podcast. He eventually ended up finding running again and quickly realized his massive aerobic base from cycling was going to pay off huge. He qualified for the 2024 Olympic Trials, ran 2:13 at CIM, and recently won the 2026 Pittsburg Marathon!
