At 43, Sara is still competing at the top of the sport in the marathon and throughout her career has inspired thousands of runners. She recently released her book, "For The Love of The Grind," so this was perfect timing to have her on the podcast and chat all about it! If you haven't picked up her book yet - we highly recommend it. We did chat about some of Sara's recent race results but also dived into some of the parts of the book we enjoyed too on this episode. The book includes a lot of personal life content combined with stories from her running career.
