Summary

Is Forex arbitrage smart trading, or is it an unfair advantage? Some traders see arbitrage as a low-risk way to profit from price differences between brokers, platforms or currency pairs. Brokers often see it very differently. To them, certain types of arbitrage can look like an exploitation of stale prices, slow execution, latency issues or weaknesses in their systems. In this episode, we explain what Forex arbitrage actually is, why traders are attracted to it, why many brokers hate it, and why some brokers may cancel profits, close accounts, or reject withdrawals if they believe a trader has broken their terms and conditions.
