Summary

The Supreme Court ruled that Joe Biden’s appointee to the Federal Trade Commission could be fired by President Trump. Justice Neil Gorsuch writing for the court’s decision said, “independent agencies are not so independent after all.” Well that I like. Makes perfect sense.
