Summary
MKUTRA was a U.S.government experiment taken from Nazi scientist technology to break the will of a person and see how bad they can be traumatized. While this was on an individual level, the psychological experiments practices have been applied to the masses through trauma events and tragic chaos that leaves citizens scrambling for sense.
