Summary
Two friends used to go to breakfast together every day. But one of them would always avoid paying, making some excuse or the other. The other friend would notice, but would not say anything. One day, he said with a laugh, “Your calendar doesn’t seem to have any due dates!” Everyone laughed, but the friend felt very ashamed. He realized that it was not right to rely on others all the time. That day, he paid the bill himself and said, “From today on, I will also share the responsibility.” From then on, they both took turns paying the bill, and their friendship grew stronger.
