During his sabbatical year in 2019 he traveled 13,000 kilometers through Italy. Then, he decided to follow his passion for the Bel Paese and turn it into his professional hobby. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he began his wine education, earning several certificates. In 2022, he started his studies for the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines.
