Summary

How a mother is more than someone who gives birth, she is a nurturer, a protector, a teacher, a guide, a covering, a visionary, and a builder of generations. Mothers help shape the emotional climate of the home. They are planting seeds with their words, attitudes, healing for the next generations that comes into their environment. Many mothers experiences exhaustion, being overwhelmed while silently carrying pain while still trying to be strong for everyone else. Mothers must be empowered in order to empower their generations and others. There is 10 qualities that help mothers be empowered, and its starts with loyalty, communication, honesty, positivity, patience, determination, vision, inspiration, faithfulness, and love. An empowered mother take care of her mental health, set healthy boundaries, gives herself grace, continue growing, learn from her mistakes and understand her worth. When a mother heals, generations begin to healing. Mothers matter their sacrifices, voice and healing matters. Motherhood is not about perfection. It is about love, growth, courage, and consistency so we as mothers can build, grow and thrive.
