In this episode, today we’re talking about staffing, Article 8 abuse, the uniform crisis, mutual respect on the workroom floor, stationary events, and now delayed mail, and a public that’s being turned against us. And we’re asking the hardest question of all: When will the National Association of Letter Carriers stand up for the letter carrier, not the Service? Because if we lose the public’s trust, and we loseour own unity, this great union is in real danger. WE ARE AT A BREAKING POINT. This job feels different right now. Not just hard, but unsustainable. People are tired. People are angry. People are questioning whether this union still has their back. STAFFING AND ARTICLE 8 THE ROOT OF EVERYTHING, STATIONARY EVENTS HARASSMENT BY TECHNOLOGY, MUTUAL RESPECT OR THE LACK OF IT, THE UNIFORM CRISISA SYMBOL OF NEGLECT, DELAYED MAIL, AND THE PUBLIC TURNING ON US, WHO IS THE UNION REALLY DEFENDING? WHY DOES THE CONCERNED LETTER CARRIER SLATE MATTERS? IS IT TOO LATE OR IS THERE STILL HOPE? WE CANNOT GIVE UP
