This anniversary episode takes the audience through that entire journey—from the earliestworkroom-floor conversations and “Knowledge Is Power” training programs to emotional therapy sessions, national candidate interviews, union roundtables, safety discussions, OWCP education, grievance training, the National ConventionDiary, and the growing movement for accountability and change inside the NALC. Richie revisits the lessons behind the episodes: how carriers can protect themselves with PS Forms 3996 and 1571; how Weingarten rights operate during investigatory interviews; why projections can never replace actual street conditions; how stewards build grievance files capable of surviving every stage of the procedure; why safety includes extreme heat,robberies, harassment, fatigue, stress, and mental health; and why Table 2 inequality, delayed grievances, inadequate training, and declining morale threaten the future of the craft.
