Summary
This year I would like to invite you to start thinking about goals differently. Most people won't reach for goals that might disrupt their life, their identity or their nervous system. They choose goals that are sensible, comfortable- goals their brains can agree to without breaking a sweat. And while those goals feel safe, they rarely change anything. In this episode, I'm talking about the goals that don't feel reasonable- the big, bodacious badass ones. The goals that make you hesitate before saying them out loud because you know that they will require you to become a different version of yourself.
