Summary

He joins Tony Brueski to evaluate the prosecution's strongest evidence of premeditation — the CVS run, the phone call Lindsay made after the killings, and the state's three rebuttal experts who testified she was not psychotic. Bob also examines the defense's medication cascade: over a dozen prescriptions in months from providers who were not coordinating her care. Lindsay documented her symptoms.
