We chat about the little household things that make us feel more prepared, like: Tidying up Laundry Fresh sheets Getting the kitchen back in order Grocery planning Prepping a few things for the week Putting things back where they belong Not a giant deep-cleaning marathon. Just enough to make Monday-you feel like Sunday-you did her a favor. 😂 🧠 Resetting Your Mind There are also all the things happening inside our heads. We talk about checking the calendar, getting thoughts out of our brains, planning ahead, and creating a little mental breathing room before the week begins.
