Gods strongest soldier ? I’m sure you have been on that list at some point. Maybe even consecutively. Sucks I know but it strengthens you. If you’re similar to me and have topped that list quiet a number of times you’ll attest to the fact that you can actually develop PTSD. It’s difficult to re wire your brain to enjoy the good things after constantly going through innumerable hurdles. In this episode I dive into how being on that list induced a lot of anxiety and also the active steps I’m taking in order to heal from the PTSD Also how long do you take to heal from a heartbreak ? Are you like me who takes a million years or you’ll heal in your next relationship or in heaven ? Lmao I hope you enjoy this episode. Easily one of my faves.
