Summary
I first came across Kara Seymour ( @pastaandprayers ) on Instagram, dread locks wrapped in a knot on top of her head, making pasta while sharing boldly how Jesus saved her from 20 years in the New Age Movement. She went from running Kundalini Yoga Studios, facilitating tantric practices and hosting online goddess communities to finding three women in the back of her car sharing the gospel and giving her answers for everything her heart had ever searched for. She lives outside Asheville, NC and has gone from goddess women's circles to hosting pasta and prayer nights in her community, as well as facilitating an online community of women seeking answers and longing to find Jesus -- the true source. Her group is for those who already believe in Jesus and also, as she so fondly mentions, is for those who are "Jesus-curious" and have found themselves wanting more from the New Age.
