She remains the visionary of the organization’s approach to combating human trafficking, which includes educating the public, engaging communities to identify at-risk and missing youth, and empowering survivors through a long-term, trauma-informed residential program. Rebecca Jowers received a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Texas at El Paso, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and received the Howard Hendricks Award for the most excellent work in the area of Christian Education. Rebecca is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Ministries at Dallas Seminary, where she serves as Dean of Women Students and Advisor to Women.
